We believe the primary issue facing cobalt supply is the major concentration of cobalt reserves and production in the DRC, and the underlying human rights and environmental issues, as well as political uncertainty associated with the region.

Nickel 28 is a member of the Cobalt Institute, a non-profit trade association composed of producers, users, recyclers and traders of cobalt. The Cobalt Institute promotes the sustainable and responsible production and use of cobalt in all its forms.
